Problem Note 37115: Function missing in the Visual Data Explorer calculated member dialog box when using the French locale

When running Visual Data Explorer in the French locale, the %Change (over previous year) function is missing from the calculated member dialog box. If you select the %Change (over previous period) function, the %Change (over previous year) is added to the dialog box.
